To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all tags, packaging, and accessories.
Non-Returnable Items
Some products are specially made for each customer and cannot be returned or refunded. These include:

• Custom-made gowns
• Made-to-order clothing
• Personalized items
• Any product marked as “non-returnable” on the product page
If a custom item arrives damaged or very different from what was described, you can contact us for a review.
How to Start a Return
Email us with your:
• Order number
• Photos of the item
• Short explanation of the issue

Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos. After verification, we will replace or refund the item.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Custom items cannot be canceled once production begins.
Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds usually take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card provider. If you don’t see your refund after this time, contact us and your bank.
